A Sharpei walk was held on the 17th of November 2002, the aim was to raise awareness of the plight of the traditional Sharpei.

With each visit to China we find it more difficult to find the traditional sharpei as a lot of the breeders in the 1990's have bred the meatmouth for quick profit.

Our Club Members gathered with their dogs at Victoria Peak outside the Peak Cafe on the 17th of November 2002 at 10:00am and walked for one hour.
